Leadcraft Ltd can provide highly experienced operatives to carry out tiling and slating works using the best materials to suit each particular project. Leadcraft Ltd is able to offer a supply & fix service for both new roofs and re-roofing situations. When detailed and installed correctly both tiled & slated roofs require very little maintenance and can be expected to last in excess of 60 years. |

| Single Ply Roofing | |
Leadcraft Ltd is an approved installer of Rhepanol fk roofing membrane manufactured in Germany by Flachdach Technologie. It's a synthetic roofing membrane comprising a smooth finished, extruded polyisobutylene with a polyester fleece backing. It is either mechanically fixed using the gripfix system of fasteners or bonded using specialist adhesives. Single ply membranes are an alternative to conventional built up roofing systems offering quality, flexibility, and reliability. |

| 3 Layer Felt Roofing | |
This is a built up form of roof system consisting of 3 layers of SBS modified polyester bitumen roofing felt comprising an underlay, top layer & cap sheet with a mineralized finish. The first layer is laid directly onto the roof surface and is a perforated layer of felt. The subsequent layers are applied using a purpose made roofing gas torch. The system is available with a 10 year, 12 year or 15 year insurance backed guarantee upon request. |
